Pre-packing Inspection (Pre-packaging Stage)

Inventory items by category—including finished wooden doors, door frames, casings, hardware accessories,
installation manuals, and customs clearance documents—and verify specifications, quantities, styles, and customer
logos against the export order details to ensure there are no shortages, incorrect items, or damaged parts.

Outer packaging

Use custom-made, thickened corrugated cardboard boxes designed for export; pack door leaves and frame boards in separate boxes;
place small hardware, screws, and accessories in individual waterproof boxes;
affix clear shipping marks to the exterior (including order number, product name, quantity, destination port, weight, dimensions, and handling symbols such as “Fragile,” “Keep Dry,” and “This Side Up”).

Categorized and zoned storage

Stack door leaves, frame boards, casings, and small accessories separately; apply batch labels indicating the customer order number, destination country, and container number.

Multi-layer Protective Packaging Process

Inner protection

Fully cover both sides of the door leaf with EPE foam sheets and attach thickened foam protectors to the four corners; apply transparent protective film to glass doors to prevent breakage during transport.

Intermediate reinforcement

Tightly wrap the entire door leaf with stretch film; wrap frame boards and casings individually in bubble wrap; insert long, slender casings into paper tubes to prevent bending or warping.

Outer packaging

Use custom-made, thickened corrugated cardboard boxes designed for export; pack door leaves and frame boards in separate boxes; place small hardware, screws, and accessories in individual waterproof boxes; affix clear shipping marks to the exterior (including order number, product name, quantity, destination port, weight, dimensions, and handling symbols such as “Fragile,” “Keep Dry,” and “This Side Up”).

Waterproofing

Wrap the exterior of the boxes with waterproof stretch film to protect against moisture and rain during sea transport; reinforce extra-long frame components with wooden frames to prevent breakage caused by crushing during lifting and loading.

Pre-loading Photographic Documentation Standards

Individual box verification and photography

After sealing each batch of boxes, take photos or short videos of the shipment; clearly capture the shipping marks and the integrity of the protective packaging to maintain an original record of the completed packaging.

Panoramic video of the consolidated cargo stack

After all packaged goods are consolidated, a panoramic video is recorded by circling the stack to show the total volume and neatness of the arrangement; the order manifest is simultaneously filmed alongside the cargo for verification.

Inspection and photography of the empty container

Upon the container’s arrival, panoramic views of the interior—including walls, ceiling, floor, and door corners—are captured. Inspections check for damage, water stains, rust, or debris to ensure the container is clean, dry, and free of hazards; video and multi-angle photos of the empty container are archived.

Synchronized video recording of layered loading

Full video records the whole loading process (forklift & manual). It captures all stacking steps: heavy door panels at container bottom front, light trims on top. Cartons are tightly secured without gaps to avoid shifting and damage during ocean shipment.

Photography at loading milestones

Loading pauses after each layer is completed to capture panoramic photos of the stack, clearly showing the arrangement and outer carton markings. Once fully loaded, panoramic photos from multiple angles (front, left/right sides, and rear view) are taken.

Documentation of internal securing

After stacking, the cargo is secured using timber bracing and tension straps; videos of the securing process and photos of the completed setup are recorded.

Visual documentation of the sealing and locking process
